Your clients' people, in their own words.
Owners judge you on the payroll they never see and the turnover they always do. Heardby gives your account team something to carry into every renewal: what a client's crew would say if they felt safe saying it. Anonymous, by text, English or Spanish. It sits beside your payroll and plans and touches neither.

Built by Joe Kim, who started out filing paperwork at a Michigan PEO, then ran payroll, then benefits, at two PEOs of about 400 clients.

Four things a payroll portal can't show an owner.
One quit, and what it puts on your team.
Joe processed these for years. Every person who walks off a client's floor turns into work for your payroll and benefits people, under your name.

What your lawyers will ask.
- Can anyone see who said what?
- No. No names, no recordings, and nothing is shown for a group smaller than five.
- Who owns the report?
- The worksite employer. You see what the client agrees to share.
- Is anyone pressured to take part?
- No. People see the questions before they start, and they can stop at any point.
- What about union clients?
- There's a notice path to the union before a round, and a joint release of the report if they want one.
- Does the benefits line give advice?
- Never. It answers from the plan documents, says where it found the answer, and sends personal questions to a person.

Who runs it
Joe Kim. I started at a Michigan PEO filing paperwork. Then payroll, then benefits for small employers across several states, at two PEOs of about 400 clients. Someone there noticed me, and I stayed and grew. After that came 14 years running benefits for a thousand union employees at a transit authority in metro Detroit. Heardby is how your clients notice their people before they leave.
Two founding PEOs.
We're taking two PEOs for a free 60-day pilot. Pick two or three clients with an upcoming renewal. They get a stay round and a memo; you get the exit results across them. You keep everything it produces.
