Quick one before we start. A few weeks ago most of you talked to Heardby. Here's what came back and what we're doing about it. More than five of you said late schedule changes make childcare and second jobs hard to arrange. You also want the night differential explained. So here's what we're doing: We will post the night schedule two weeks ahead and publish the night differential beside day-shift pay. You'll see it by August 18. Nobody here knows who said what, and we're not going to try to work it out. Thanks for being straight with them.
