Effective November 1, employees must report an anticipated absence at least 60 minutes before their scheduled start by calling the shift office. Failure to comply may result in corrective action. Approved schedule swaps must be confirmed by the shift office before the affected shift. This procedure applies to all shifts.

A partir del 1 de noviembre (November 1), si vas a faltar al trabajo, debes llamar a la oficina del turno al menos 60 minutos antes de que empiece tu turno. Si no lo haces, puedes recibir una medida correctiva. Si cambias turnos, la oficina del turno debe confirmar el cambio aprobado antes de que empiece ese turno. Esto aplica a todos los turnos.
